A Season of Shift: Honoring Where We’ve Been & Growing Through Change

As many of you know, SHIFT is preparing for a move — and with that comes a moment to pause, breathe, and honor everything this current space has held for us.
The truth is simple: our rent is going up, and staying at the current location just isn’t sustainable for us long-term. But the meaning behind this transition runs much deeper than logistics or numbers. This moment has invited me to reflect on all the growth, relationships, and lessons that have taken root here, and how deeply grateful I am for the way this community continues to show up.
This studio has been more than a room with equipment.
It has been a sanctuary where so many of you learned to soften your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and feel safe unraveling old tension. It’s where breakthroughs happened — physically, emotionally, energetically. Where friendships formed. Where healing happened. Where we found our collective rhythm.
And as I look back, I’m amazed. Truly.
The support that keeps flowing into my life and into this community is something I never take for granted. Every moment — from early morning classes to quiet one-on-one sessions — reminds me that this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing with my life.
So while the reason for the move is practical, the meaning of the move is powerful.
We aren’t expanding into a bigger space; we’re expanding into a more aligned one. A space that supports our flow rather than limits it. A space that allows SHIFT to remain sustainable, grounded, and focused on what matters most, helping you come home to your body.
This change is guiding us into a new season — one rooted in intention, resilience, and trust.
Before we step forward, I want to honor everything this current studio has held. Thank you for showing up, for choosing SHIFT, for trusting the process, and for allowing this space — and me — to be part of your wellness journey. Your presence has shaped this community more than you know.
I cannot wait to welcome you into the new space, settle in, breathe together, and continue building something meaningful — one class, one movement, one moment at a time.
Here’s to honoring the space that held us.
And here’s to gracefully moving into what’s next.
