Katie St. Louis takes a multifaceted approach to wellness into her teaching. Katie is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Comprehensively Trained Pilates Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and Nutrition Coach and has been teaching since 2016. She also holds additional certifications that include Melt Method, Barre Method, Applied Kinesiology, Anatomy Trains, & Brain Speed as well as extensive study in Compassionate Inquiry. Katie has a deep commitment to understanding the human body mind connection.
