A Note From Katie, Owner and Teacher at SHIFT Pilates
I’ve always believed that movement can be a portal to healing, community, and personal power. If you share that belief and are ready to hold space for others with intention, embodiment, and heart—we’d love to connect. SHIFT is a place for you to grow, shine, and find your purpose as a movement practitioner.
